awesome price and good delivery service! i’ve been using this toner for a while now and i’m really enjoying it. it smells pleasant and goes on very thin, much thinner than some other conditioning toners i’ve tried, but it does hydrate very well, after using twice daily for a few days my skin was noticeably softer and extremely smooth. i use it in conjunction with a niacinamide serum and a repairing ceramide moisturiser and my skin looks fantastic, super smooth and hydrated, and i’ve noticed an improvement in the visibility of my pores and texture. i love this toner, the price is great and it didn’t irritate my sometimes sensitive and fussy skin so i’ll definitely be buying again when my (very generously sized!) bottle runs out

Love the service, delivery and packing they are incredible for the price of the product. Normally we have to pay for the post if order less than $50 but it’s free so I’ve order more.
The product itself already good so no need to mention about it.
I just like the website because it’s reliable and you can find it’s cheaper than going to the store. Well done Cosmetics now.

A light toner that doesn't irritate my skin. It's always a pain if using a toner with a cotton pad because cotton pads absorbed the toner. However, this toner is extremely affordable so I normally use this with a cotton pad and then pad on the other toner/essence using my hand.

It is a light moisturising toner that is great for sensitive skin. Great price for product!

Love it so much! I put this product on a cotton pads as a toner and layer it with a few drop on my hand and tap the product onto my skin.This product acted like a barrier on the skin and it is light.
TIP-use this product as a calming mask or a hydrating mask(great for hot flushes and dry skin due to hot summer days)soak cotton Pads with the product and put the pads on ur skin just like a sheet mask and wait for 10 mins.

Price point very good for the large size 500ml bottle, the Hatomugi Skin Conditioner is just that very conditioning on the skin, not heavy, easily absorbed into the skin. Love this toner can be put in a spray bottle and mist on face, and will definably reorder.

Excellent toner for the price and volume of the product. This toner is a great candidate for the "7 skin" toner method and can be used as a lovely mist when put into a spray bottle. It's watery consistency allows for easy and fast absorption into the skin, so a little goes a long way.I've been using it for nearly a month now and my skin looks hydrated, smooth and feels soft. Will be repurchasing very soon!!

Great product with value price!! This is so great for my sensitive and very dry skins which I've been having a long times that I couldn't find any product that can help me out. Just using this three days only and I already can feel the big different. My skin feel more smoother, brighter and hydrating!

I just love the formula of this! It doesn't have any fragrance. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy film behind. In fact it just plumps and primes my skin for my moisturizer and or serum.
